In the last twenty or so year, Steak n’ Shakes have lost their lure. Menu’s too narrow, culinary offerings too, too, ‘homogonized’, chili’s no longer novel, and, well, I don’t know what to tell you, except their shares (symbol: SNS) were about $10 in 1993, and now, well, they’re about $10.
