Last night, I did a show at The Oz. I had lots of downtime because the client had some visuals that they played, so I got to dance like I used to when I lived in Chicago.
I feel so much better now, dance therapy is good!

Updates from my last post…old Hyundai was salvaged for cash, traded in a Nissan that was parked in the garage for the past few months. Turned two “Kinda okay, basic transportation” cars into one big phat Chrysler Pacifica.
Wow. I don’t drive very much, and I really don’t like to drive in the first place, so it might as well be as nice as I can can make it.
I’m so sucessful I can go into debt!
Shameless plug for DiSalvo Chrysler here in St. Louis. These guys went way beyond the standard for customer service, they were very professional throughout the whole deal, and we worked it out so that it feels like they are paying me to drive one of their cars.
So my car decides it wants to throw a rod at 65mph last night…flames, smoke, engine parts spewing all over the road, fire trucks, police, the whole deal. I just paid the thing off too. Insurance doesn’t cover it…warranty doesn’t cover it…I hate cars.
Anyone else have an ex-spouse? I won’t say anymore…but I think you might get the idea. Sheesh, why do people insist on making things difficult?
Anyone interested in a 2000 Hyundai with a blown engine?
What about a nice no interest loan to a friendly geek in the midwest? I need a good 50 grand. Any takers?
I sure feel alive, I know that much…and besides, things could be worse. And yes, I have a shitty feeling that things may get worse before they get better, but at least I can vent here. Read all about how my life shreds itself, just like my car shredded itself. I promise to post the best parts here…stay tuned.
