Ever get the feeling that you are watching your life go by one progress bar at a time? If I had a nickle each for the number of times I’ve had to remove ad-ware and viruses, re-install M$Office (again), or update virus definitions…I’d have $10 Million, easily.
Then there are the Brazilian bank robbers, who had a physical progress bar to go by…and $68 Million at the end.
Maybe I should become an apprentice Operating Engineer. Maybe I would be able to get a job on the Cross County extention.
Then again, having the option of bailing from a big time CIO position and become a paramedic has a certain romantic ring to it.
