1. Making a right on red is NOT manditory. So quit honking at me while I wait through the light.
2. It is illegal to change lanes in an intersection.
3. When there is a crossing guard with a STOP sign in the crosswalk, you don’t have the right of way.
4. Pedestrians have the right of way, particularly if they are in a crosswalk.
That last one is for the well dressed mutherf*cker in the mercedes who nearly ran me down while I was crossing on a green.
