Quotes

Well, its been a busy couple of weeks.
We’re done with our release here. So, I have some time to get some real work done. I’ve got to re-write the code in Item 409, that is going smoothly. I’m building more client side javascript, that is giving me indigestion.

In the midst of all this, we’ve started to catalog some famous quotes. one of which is on the banner of this site. Here are a few:

  • “…trivial… Trivial and intuitively obvious!” - Me, commenting on the lameness of the HTTPServeltRequest’s inability to handle multipart-form POST’s
  • “Don’t code angry.” - Mark Chowning
  • “I never let licensing legalities stand in the way of progress.” - Jerry Kreger
  • “I can replace you with a very small shell script.” - Mark Chowning
  • “Never put anything you say in quotation marks.” - “Michael Hendren”

That’s all she wrote.
