The Falcons are back!

I live and work in Clayton, Missouri. We are lucky enough to have some falcons living on the tops of some of the buildings. Anyway, I was on my way to my lawyers this afternoon (long story…) and I heard the unmistakable “cree cree” of a falcon. I looked up, and on the corner of the County Jail, there was a falcon, having a snack of a pigeon. Life is good when I get reminded of the deeper rythms of the world around me.

Pay the bills!

COBRA - Aaaarggghhh!

Enough said.

OK, the good news is that Inserts into Photoshelf work again - FINALLY!

So, I’ve been uploading new photos. The front as you might understand is a crufted together solution, but the backend works. I made some schema changes yesterday too. I now store exposure info as varchar, not point types.

As soon as I get the galleries working better, I’ll distribute links…

Tired code flows
gentle through gnashing Jaw.
Pain…

That’s my poem for the week.

What a fscking day!

Work is just not good these days. I cant focus worth a damn. I did manage to get some stuff written today, but with all the finanace issues I’m having its just not good!

Then to top it all off, my mom is a very insensitive person. She wants me to wait on having my widom teeth removed… Like I can put up with the pain for much longer - yeah right…

So, the date I have on wednesday is happenning, but not here at my place, we’re going out. I actually think thats good, but I’d really enjoy cooking anytime. I was gonna make Coq au Vin.

Do oyu know all 10 amendments that make up the bill of rights? I don’t so I am posting them here…

Sunday morn…

It’s Sunday morning. Cowboy Junkies on theCD. The kitchen is clean - the counters and stove, atleast - the floors will have to wait, as I am lazy.

Didn’t do too awful much this weekend, took some pictures in the Loop yesterday, that was good.

I’m getting my wisdom teeth out on the 13th — I’m still in pain. I cant wait…

I could be an a narcotic haze right now (Darvocet…), but I figure that’s not really where I want to be.

The computers are working… I’m still hacking on photoshelf. Pretty soon, you should be able to upload photos to it - YEAH!

Anyway, I met a woman on match.com, and that actually looks promising! I’m happy about that. Gives me a reason to go and get active, and away from the house.

I’m gonna sign off now. Y’all take care, you hear?
